Kim Lee, Chief Executive Officer

Former CEO, Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, Executive Creative Director and Author whose memoir was ranked 4th on Amazon Best Sellers List, Kim is a global and regional data-driven leader who champions women’s rights, diversity and inclusion. With a career spanning global integrated branding and campaigns for global brands like Heineken, Nike, and Volvo, Kim has won 30 global awards. She founded two companies in the Netherlands – an agency and Babyface Events, Holland’s first and only highly controversial medical conference on “Giving Birth in The Netherlands: The Dutch Maternity System and Women’s Rights to Informed Choices”. She lived and worked in Singapore, London, New York, Amsterdam and Warsaw.  On the client side, she worked at Netflix Global, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Global and ERA Realty. She is the winner of Global Women of Influence Awards 2024.

Angie has over 25 years of experience in multi-platform Corporate and Marketing Communications, events management, and stakeholder engagement in the maritime, healthcare, judicial and social sectors. She’s well-versed in Corporate Communication branding, conceptualisation, execution of national campaigns and events, and also developed social media campaigns, publicity and corporate collaterals, corporate videos and publications. She spent 5 years at the Ministry of Health, leading the Marcoms & Engagement Branch to build in-house engagement and public consultation competency and capability across MOH and the healthcare clusters. She led outreach efforts across all engagement platforms to shape and influence positive perception of the public healthcare system; and MOH’s internal engagement efforts and across the healthcare clusters to cascade MOH’s narrative and values to stakeholders.
